Orientation duration

We target 3 months of primary orientation. At that point we review progress with the medical directors and management. Orientation can be extended up to 6 months as required. Once out of orientation new grads must transport with a seasoned team member for a period of 3 months. At that time the orientation process is complete.

16 weeks of orientation, recommendation from those the
newbie has oriented with, medical director's meeting
and approval, and if the newbie feels ready to be
released.
