Life Flight Salt Lake City is looking for feedback on the best over water flying life jackets (PFD). We are currently using a type that inflates on demand. Crew complains they are cumbersome, and crew is afraid to move around too much for fear they might inflate the life jacket. Another complaint is difficulty returning to package after use.
