Flightcrew Duty Weight.

Our program is 214 in flight suit. If over, then you are grounded, meet with
the director, form a plan to get back into weight. Then you have weekly
weights until you are back below the standard. If you don't meet your plan,
then you are put on the ground unit or if you don't want to do that, then
you may be subject to company discipline.
