[game_preservation] Spring Cleaning the SIG+2009 ideas (Please respond!)

RE: 2008, 2009 DGC

Why not just publish it on Gamasutra or Computer Game Studies? Gamasutra has
a wider audience, though CGS has a stricter review policy. It seems kinda
sad to do it that way, but we need to have audience and generate interest.
