[game_preservation] Spring Cleaning the SIG, +2009 ideas (Please respond!)

Quick addition to my notes here; I need to add in a good section about 
what we need volunteer wise. At the moment there's one line to just say 
"we can do with volunteers" which isn't very specific. I'll make a short 
bullet pointed list for this. Suggestions welcome!
