Excellent, thanks for that. Will revise today. The deadline is 1st August, so if there are any other bits of feedback from anyone and they can get me them this week, I'll make changes.

I'm not too worried about my place on this (will probably smuggle in at the end) as I wasn't involved in the actual writing of the majority of it, so will drop in the authors list from the link. If there are any acknowledgements that need to be made, please let me know and I'll drop them in to the end of the paper too.
