[game_preservation] IGN is closing the Gamespy and Classicgaming networks

Yeah, that's the web team I was referring to, I wish they had "Web" at 
the start of it to make my version right, hehe :)

I should get on their IRC channel about this, this week hopefully, I'm 
sure they'd have some hands to help.
