[LEAPSECS] IDL in the 4th dimension

Like many time-machine inventers, David probably worked out fine how to
translate in the 4th dimension but forgot to implement translation in the
other three. His machine arrived at a point in the Universe not to be
occupied by the planet Earth for a further 500 years.
