The only person I have heard claim that the problem is not well

Everybody else (of relevant competence) seems to be in perfect agreement
what the problem is, but not about the solution.
To bring yourself up to speed, try reading the leapsec@ archives, where
people like Warner and me have tried countless times to brief people
on what the problem is.
