That's assuming that the loan agreement was signed in a jurisdiction
that uses UTC as the basis of its legal time. But what if it was in a
jurisdiction that uses mean solar time instead? I know, I know, you and
PHK will argue that it may be MST on paper but UTC in practice, but if
the stakes are high enough and some bad-ass lawyers get involved to
pursue it through the courts, the outcome is far from certain.
