I'm not making up any statistics.

I'm refering to the fact that IAU resolution B2 from 2000 said
the subject should be studied, and that essentially the conclusion
of the division 1 working group was that there were no clear
consensus with a large majority being in the "who cares" range
of the spectrum.

Naming the five most vocal opponents to the ITU proposal from
memory, should be trivial for anybody on this list, but naming
10 or 20 from memory might be challenging if not downright
impossible.
