It seems unlikely that people would be being convicted on the basis of a one-minute transgression and it not be reported in a newspaper, a magazine relating to (in this case) hunting, or blogs on the topic, or the accused's own blog, and that no-one has appealed it, offered it as an example in a "how to not get arrested while hunting" book, etc, etc, etc. Were it a parking offence it would make the local papers.
