We have an assortment of Linux servers that might fall into the wrong (right?) list of versions and didn't have any problems like that.   Our only Java based service did implode though.  :-)

At least more than 90% of NTP servers in the NTP Pool got it right and the numbers are improving much faster than at the last leap second:
