My point was that speed limit laws of any kind are bad, countries that
make such laws are bad countries, and we, the technical vanguard
people of the World, should not be giving any technical assistance to

Of course they aren't members of the ITU, nor am I. My UTR time scale
is intended for the revolutionaries, the social outcasts and outlaws
like me, those who live their lives in civil disobedience to the
dictates of the ITU and its likes.
