Prior to the vote on the radio broadcast time signals that is expected
late next year at ITU-R WRC-15 will be the Second Conference Preparatory
Meeting (CPM15-2) held from March 23 to April 2.

One of the documents which has had heavy wordsmithing during this
year is the Draft CPM Report section on Agenda Item 1.14 which

This again contains what the Australian web page showed, that the
WRC may be presented with options A, B, and C as ways of deciding
what will happen to leap seconds.
