And there's the Windows timezones. They don't match tz database ....
The top of Windows registry hive holding the timezone information for
each of the supported timezones. Note this data is dynamically updated
with a "Windows Update". There's no authoritative information I've found
on how Microsoft goes about accumulating and managing this information.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones
The Windows registry key holding the currently selected timezone information
