The two presentations given in the virtual ION PTTI/ITM meeting last week are open access and might be of interest to list members (particularly the first one). The first was by Dr. Elisa Felicitas Arias of the BIPM and the Observatoire de Paris on “Why, How and When Redefining the SI Second.” The second was by Google’s Dr. Frank van Diggelen on an overview and update on “Google’s Use of 3D Building Models to Solve Urban GNSS.” Here is the link to both presentations, one after the other:
