[LEAPSECS] List moving in 2026

Starting in the new year our LEAPSECS mailing list is moving. In 
addition to existing email, web access is now supported, as well as 
inline images, optional html formatting, and a few other modest features.

We are not automatically migrating the existing membership list. Easy 
instructions how to [re]join are here:

Archives of LEAPSECS are available from Steve Allen 
(www.ucolick.org/~sla/leapsecs/) or Tom Van Baak (www.leapsecond.com/). 
We'll post more specific information about that later.
