The web app now shows some example syntax:

And there's now a version of Markdown you can download, from that
same page.

Installation in MT:

    *   Put it in your MT plugins directory.

Installation in BBEdit:

    *   Put it in your Unix Filters folder: 
    
        BBEdit Support/Unix Support/Unix Filters/

Command-line use:

    *   Reads STDIN or a file passed as a parameter,
        prints to STDOUT
