Bug: INS/DEL in block context (1.04b)

Possibly a related issue - many of my text documents start with the
following text:

	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print"
href="print.css" />

or something similar. Now, I realize that markdown isn't creating a full
HTML document, but it is handy and ensures taht everything will look pretty
when viewing the output in IE. However, the <link /> tag is getting wrapped
in <p> tags. Annoying, but clearly not the end of the world.

I know I should probably write my own script to wrap the markdown output in
proper HTML syntax, but this way is way too easy.

Ah ha. See, I screwed up the syntax and used:

	ins site:http://six.pairlist.net/pipermail/markdown-discuss

Anyway, no illuminance from your query which at least tells me I'm not
being an idiot. This time, anyway.
