On another related topic, was there an enhancement plan developed for
CSS support within Markdown?  I find myself wanting to class my
elements somehow.  I think the syntax of {modifier:attribute} is
probably the best way.  For instance:

Header text Header text Header text Header text Header text {css-class: demo} 
============================================================================

Any thoughts?  This methodology might also help support MathML.
