I do too, nowadays, but I'm uncomfortable with it, because I think I
do it because of Markdown's `_` rules, not because they're actually
"code". Pathnames are maybe more like code, but filenames are more
like titles to me, and semantically don't seem any more like "code"
than, say, a book or movie title.
