Final candidate package for Markdown.pl 1.0.1:

One small code change from 1.0.1b8:

    +   Added `>` to the list of backslash-escapable characters.

Non-code changes include an updated readme, and a new BSD-style
license. The version strings in the script are "1.0.1"; unless some
drastic bug is spotted, I'll take the "f1" out of the directory and
zip archive name, and release this as 1.0.1 later this week.
