Hi everyone,

Here is version 1.0.1 (final) of PHP Markdown. No change since beta 
8.1, except the readme, the version number and *the license*. PHP 
Markdown is now under a BSD-like license, like the latest version of 
Markdown by John.

There is also a new version of PHP SmartyPants that change the 
`_TokenizeHTML` function to the same one PHP Markdown 1.0.1 uses.
