Markdown and ... email?

Not that I'm aware of.

I like seeing my email *as* plain text. In fact, my mail clients
works the other way around, and renders HTML-only messages as plain
text. So while anyone who wants to try is welcome to use Markdown to
do this, it's not going to be me. :^)
