[Bug?] Spaces after Link Titles

Hi, I've integrated Milan Negovan's Markdown.NET port into 
a new blog/cms engine called Vine Type 
(http://vinetype.com)

I see that when I enter a link as

[text](http://m.com "title" )

-- note space after second doublequote -- Markdown is 
generating an interesting result:

<p><a href="http://m.com "title"">text</a></p>

I am seeing this behavior in the DaringFireball dingus and 
in Milan's port.  Browsers seem to tolerate this pretty 
well by just ignoring everything after the URL but it is 
generating invalid XHTML.

Would this be considered a bug?  I searched archives back 
to August and don't see a mention of this -- and I suspect 
few folks are focused on well-formed XHTML.
