[ANN] Markdown for .NET 1.0.1

I've brought my C# port of Markdown up to speed with the 1.0.1 release:

version of Dingus: <http://aspnetresources.com/tools/markdown.aspx>.

The source code comes with a "driver" page (which is much like Dingus) that
illustrates how plain and simple it is to use Markdown & SmartyPants in a
.NET project.
