This solution is for the Markdown parsers, right?  In the meantime, 
I'll try to come up with a different way of writing that document so 
Markdown will work better with it.

P.S.  Sorry for sending that document as an attachment -- I should have 
just stuck it on the web.  It wasn't *that* big, but it made the 
message much bigger than it needed to be.
