Syntax Description in German

[Lasar Liepins]

Hello.

Since surprisingly my German customers prefer to speak/read German, I 
will at some point need a German version of the MarkDown syntax 
description to give them an overview of what can be done and how.

Does such a beast exist, or can I try my hand at it without duplicating 
already done work?
