b2evolution Markdown Plugin v0.3

I've updated my Markdown plugin for the multiblog software b2evolution:

It now uses a version of Michel Fortin's PHP-Markdown 1.0.1m with
implicit link support (by uncommenting the relevant lines in the
`doAnchors` function).
