Moving Markdown towards a standard syntax

Another version ...
I tried to build complete specification of the syntax (nothing about
parsers):https://github.com/markdown-extended/manifest

I'm currently working on it and planed to inform the list these next few
days ... but if one of you wants to work on it with me, you're really
