Hi Xinran,
This is interesting, but it is a hybrid visual editor (wysiwig) rather than
a text editor in the spirit of Markdown. A commenter already mentioned
graphviz, which (as a server-side component) can be invoked in
Markdown-like syntax by extending the ![]() image syntax (see
http://www.gravizo.com/), or embedded in the browser using viz.js
https://github.com/mdaines/viz.js/, or as a non-graphviz graph drawing
implementation see https://github.com/cpettitt/dagre
I see value in something that would have nice markdown-friendly markup such
as gravizo, but would be browser-based, such as viz.js or dagre.js
