Markdown within block-level elements

somehow I think it might be easier to declare 'classes' and 'id' to use markdown

e.g.

!!!!!settings

EnableAll: yes

Include:

Exclude:
   head
   code
   pre
   #my-id
   . non-markdown-class

!!!!!
