Manuscripts - New Book Format for Markdown

Hello,

   Thanks. Great to see that gitbook in V3 is adding themes in git
repos, see /theme-default [1] for example.  Might be great to see more
book themes and maybe in the future make them kind of "independent" of
the book builder.

PS: Some more markdown book builders  - there's also gittobook [2] and
- of course - pandoc [3].
