outline the priorities, goals, and objectives for the GPUS. Committees look
to the minutes to review what has happened, to help set work plans for the
coming year, and to help plan for the future.

I voted no on the minutes because I feel that key details are not clear and
need to be refined.  I am hoping that revised minutes will be posted, having
incorporated the changes/clarifications that all delegates send in, without
concern of censorship.
