[MCR] Loop Brook

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

In my post last night I accidentally said that Loop Brook has less of
a SH issue than the Connaught Ck area.

I should have said that suface hoar is widespread in the Bonney
Glacier/Trees/Moraines area -- presently there are three distinct
layers reactive to stability tests in the top 60cm.
