A bit of clarification on where to find the CAC technical avalanche hazard analyses:

Go to: (http://www.avalanche.ca/cac/bulletins/latest) 
Choose the region you are interested in.
When the forecast for the region comes up look for the link on the right side below the thumbnail map under the “more info” header
