[MCR] Recent Spammming of MCR

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Hello MCR subscribers,

 

Recently you may have received one or more MCR posts that were clearly not
related to mountain conditions. Our system was spammed for the first time,
resulting in those unfortunate posts. Please accept our sincere apologies on
behalf of the ACMG. Although it is impossible to guarantee success, we are
implementing system changes that will minimize the chances that this will
happen again.
