[MCR] Athabasca standard route

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Not much change on the mountain from Mike's report of 16 September. Despite
still being +3.5C in the parking lot at 5:20, we had a decent freeze and
good travel. The windslab in the middle third of ascent still not
problematic. Smoke haze reduced long range visibility significantly today.

Surprisingly quiet up there for such a stellar day as the season wanes.
