[MCR] Ghost River Road Construction

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

A 'heads up' for those heading into the Ghost  after next week- TransAlta will be performing road repairs at the narrow section approximately 4.5 km from the turn off from the highway.  They are scheduled to start September 2nd and it may last in to late October.

It seems that the road will remain open however cautious driving is advised as there will be heavy machinery and increased traffic volumes.
