[MCR] Castle mountain-Eisenhower tower

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Up Eisenhower today. The rains did not affect the approach trail (Rockbound Lake) or the climbers trail where it branches off.

The route is in normal shape, with snow patches in the descent gully and on the North side below the dragons back.
