[MCR] Jasper Skiing

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Good spring ski conditions have been found in the Jasper area recently with supportive travel conditions on solar aspects in the morning and powder on alpine north aspects.A party that travelled up the Athabasca glacier and came out the Saskatchewan glacier two weeks ago reported good travel conditions and only had to carry their ski's a few short distances to get back to the Big Bend parking lot.More snow is forecast this week..........the winter season continues it would appear.The web cam at the Icefields centre is proving a useful resource.http://www.brewster.ca/rocky-mountains/destinations/columbia-icefield/activities/columbia-icefield-glacier-adventure/webcam/#/0
