[meteorite-list] CONUS

Thanks everyone (got a ton of OFF LIST email on this),
        So, when we had King George(W) in rule, POTUS ran
the CONUS but deserved no bonus cuz his style was so bogus.
        I think I got the locus - so now let's refocus.
