I've been buying minerals and meteorites from Moroccan dealers for several 
years and I've never had any problems. Some of their names pop up here on 
the list occasionally.

I pay them by either using Western Union or simply by bank transfer. There 
is no PayPal in Morocco.
In found the dealers to be very helpful and polite and - if you ask - they 
are often prepared to share the cost of shipping or they reduce the price of 
the items.
