[meteorite-list] Can't spend my money

I would assume that a technical problem with ebay that resets auction prices to their starting bid is a legitimate reason to cancel the auction.

I can't see how ebay could ding a dealer for doing this, especially if ebay and paypal won't get the maximum profit from lots that had higher bids.
