     Effective 7 01 A.M., Monday, January 24, 2000, the following
     signal changes will be made to the Signal System between Milepost
     L-72.82, Mayo Junction and Milepost L-74.4, Main Line, between
     Milepost M-0.0, Mayo Junction and Milepost M-3.76, Mayo Plant,
     Mayo Spur and between Milepost HY-0.0, Hyco Junction and Milepost
     HY-7.56 Hyco Plant, Hyco Spur
     THE FOLLOWING SIGNALS WILL BE RETIRED FROM SERVICE
     Southbound, color-position signal on the Main 1 track at Milepost
     L-72.82 - Mayo Junction
     Northbound, color-position signal on the Main 1 track at Milepost
     L-73.10 - Hyco Junction
     Northbound, color-position automatic signal on the Main track at
     Milepost L-74.4
     Northbound, color-light automatic signal on the Mayo Spur at
     Milepost M-0.80
     Southbound, color-light automatic signal on the Mayo Spur at
     Milepost M-03.1
     Southbound, color-light dwarf signal on the Mayo Spur at Milepost
