markers on N&W CF class wood cabin cars

THe N&W used an ARMSPEAR cabbose marker lamp that had an arm off of the base with a "Tee" at the end.  This "tee" slid into a steel bracket attached to the backwall of the caboose.  Note that the standard lens colors for about mid-1920's on to the end of such marke lamp use was red to the rear and yellow to both sides, and a single yellow facing forward.
