  This is a photo taken by Jeff Wood of what appeared to him to be a geared
signal.  Can anyone explain this?  Personally, it looks to me like they
needed to add a lower arm to the signal and didn't have any background hole
plugs, so they created some out of who knows what!  Any other ideas?
