Ast.Trainmaster Rorer

We had an Ast. Trainmaster named Rorer on the Kenova Dist.Hs was stationed at 
Kenova back in maybe the 60's . Was wondering if there was anything 
connecting him with the Rorer mine railroad being mentioned here of late
