Have not seen the photo (NW2078) but if it was made
from the roof of a caboose, it was likely taken
12/31/58 on the return leg of the second Roanoke-Crewe
round trip Link recorded.  According to Link's
comments, the first trip used a baggage car instead of
a cab.  Both trips used #1238.
